I was wondering if I upgrade my package if my welcome offer stays or goes?

When you upgrade you'll be given a price for the upgrade and if you accept then that is what you'll pay.

Not sure what else to expect? They won't charge for anything that you have already had for free, such as installation/etc.

Your introductory offer should not be impacted by any upgrade you make and you should retain any discounts.
