Weak WiFi Signal and Dropout

I've had multiple engineer visits this year and I've had to buy two range extenders for 2.4ghz and 5ghz however I keep getting weak signal in my house which was never a problem for 4 years. My log is below, can someone help or advise?

Re: Weak WiFi Signal and Dropout

We need to establish whether this is a WiFi problem or the incoming signal at fault.

What speeds do you get with a device connected to the Hub by ethernet cable?

Can you copy and paste the downstream and upstream data please.

Re: Weak WiFi Signal and Dropout

Hi There

The speeds that I am getting are fine it's more of there being a lot of drop out and weak signal.

Re: Weak WiFi Signal and Dropout

Your connection is in a very poor state. The downstream levels are unbalanced and the SNR is too low.

Check that the coax connections to the Hub are tight. If that doesn't help then you will have to call 150 and report the fault. It's going to need an engineer visit.
