Wall socket

I don't have a virgin media wall socket and this is stressing me out. I am going to cancel..

What socket (if any) do you have? It's not at all uncommon to see a socket from one of VM's predecessors such as NTL or Telewest, and if one is present you try and connect to it. Sometimes there is just a coaxial cable poking throught the wall, so try that one. If all fails VM will supply and fit one at no cost to you.

Installation

Please there is no virgin media wall socket and I don't know how to go about the installation.

Hi @Efe 

You could try calling the pre-installs team on 0800 052 1734 to book a tech visit.

They are open  8:00am to 9:00pm  Monday to Friday, and 8:00am to 6:00pm Saturday and Sunday
