Wall socket

Hi, I have been sent my broadband kit but the wall socket plug doesn’t fit into my virgin wall box ... any suggestions?

thats a VM phone socket. Anything else. you are looking for a F-Type Coax connection

No, that is all I have except another similar wall socket next to it that I used for my previous broadband router and phone line!!!

you'll need a manned install then as someone must have removed the VM cabling.

You can call in and book this or wait for the forum staff to reply but that can take 5-7 days currently
