I received a quick start broadband kit on Saturday. When I came to try install it yesterday we do not has a Virgin wall socket. I cannot seem to get through to customer services. Any advice appreciated

Thank you for reaching out and for your post today. I am sorry to hear you haven't got a wall socket.
As @Tudor mentioned you are going to need to speak to pre installation team they can be reached on that number.
They are also open are open between 8AM- 9PM Monday - Friday or 8AM-6PM Saturday and Sunday. Another way to contact the team is by sending them an SMS on +44753 305 1809.
Your message will go into a queue and a representative will respond to you as soon as possible. This may take a few days.
