Moved into new house, VM sent me a kit to set up as previous owners had vm. But the wall socket and wall cable dont connect.. see picture. Am missing something?
You can also check for a loose cable as not all properties have a socket. Look outside for a brown or grey VM box on the wall and trace the cable to the inside.
