Hello,

I've just moved house and have taken my Virgin Hub with me as the previous tenant was a Virgin customer.

I've not come across one of these Virgin wall boxes before though (please see photo). What cable do I need to plug into the wall box to get my Hub up and running?

Ahh, thank you! Virgin didn't tell me anything about sending me new cables, so I presume they will arrive and it will be ok! Here's hoping.

You connect the hub's cable to the socket on the right.
