Wall Socket Problem

Hey there,

I ordered my QuickStart hub and it has arrived today. Sadly, it is not compatible with the newer wall socket that is currently installed (pictured). I see that it leads into an old socket (pictured) but I am unsure how exactly to disconnect the cord. Any advice?

Where does the thick white cable go to?

Did your kit come with one of these?

You should be able to unscrew the white cable with the above, then replace with the 'push-on' cable that came with the HUB.

Or get one of these to screw onto the end of the existing cable, then attach the new cable:
