Hi,
My current Virgin wall socket is on the internal wall of the external wall, which makes sense. I want to get that wall re-plastered.
I want to get the box moved to a different wall in the room. Is there any issue with the cable going into the box sideways (as it would need to be tacked along skirting) as opposed to the standard cable from the back with the box over it? I'll be asking Virgin to get an engineer to do it.
Very stupid question, but just in case it trips me up.

VM will move the box for £25.
The primary place to report faults or for service requests is Customer Services on 0345 454 1111/150 if you have a VM landline or wait two or three days for a VM staff member to get to your post.
