We received our Hub3 box in the post and when we went through the setting up process, we discovered that we do not have the required virgin media wall socket needed to set up the WiFi. We have tried ringing but it will not work, how do we get one of these sockets installed?

you'll need an engineer visit - this can be arranged either by calling in or by waiting around here for a couple of days for forum staff to respond.
