On Sunday 30/08 our Virgin Media SuperHub 1 had completely died, no power to it at all, even after trying different working power outlets, and constantly turning it on and off. We called tech support, and they advised a new one would arrive today 01/09, which I would imagine would now be the SuperHub 3 as the 1 is discontinued and VirginMedia are advising to upgrade the old SuperHub 1. Still no delivery, also there is no active or past orders on the order tracking tab of the website to see where this replacement router is. Tried to call support twice this evening, been on hold nearly 40mins and just give up.
I've come here as a last resort, as not all of us in the household are on unlimited 4G data plans, and would like to know the status of the problem I reported on Sunday please?
