WS Number for Cashback

Hi, 

 

I purchased broadband through Quidco and it has not tracked. I need the WS order number to raise a claim but I cannot find this on any email. Can someone please assist with this?

Surely you should be going to Quidco, they are the company that made the offer.

Thanks.

 

I have went via Quidco but they need the order number from Virgin starting with WS to let me complete a claim. I cannot find the order number in any email communications from Virgin.

You can either phone in (08:00 is the best time) or wait on here for a few days (6 to 7 days average) until one of the VM Forum Staff comes along.

If you wait on here Do Not bump the thread it will put it further down the VM 'to do list'.
