Hi can I ask how do I get a new cover for the black triangle grid that's outside on the curbside as the top has cracked

Sorry to hear about the damaged grid outside your property. I think it's called a tee-cover - I'm not 100% on that but I'm sure we can get it sorted out for you. Just look out for my PM (the purple envelope) and we'll take it from there.
