My Broadband won’t allow me access my emails from my company account. when I called support after waiting 30 minutes they told me my company is on a band list - which isn’t the case, we are a food manufacturer.
i can’t even get into the webmail or look at the website

So if I get you right you have been told you have been banned okay, so the first thing I would do is to check that can you go https://www.spamhaus.org/lookup/, after typing into google "whats my ip" take the public address and place into the lookup and do a lookup. If you are banned/block then you will be on SBL or XBL dont worry about the PBL as that is quite normal.
If you on any of those two list, before requesting a removal you are going to need to scan you devices as something is sending SPAM, so I would recommend first scan with your anti Virus software, then malwarebytes :- https://www.malwarebytes.com/
Then once cleaned you then request a removal from the lists, spamhaus will also remove you two days after no spam has been sent.
