Virgin wall socket needed

Was able to purchase a self install setup but have no wall socket.. 

Currently on hold to virgin but don't seem to be getting much joy. 

Could a member of staff on here possibly help?

Call the pre-installs team on 0800 052 1734 8AM- 9PM Monday - Friday or 8AM-6PM Saturday and Sunday.

A VM staff member will not get to your post for 2 or 3 days.
