Trying to sign into Virgin Media Store on the app on my TV...
My username starts with a capital letter, and they are not at the top to enable this....
There's only lower case and the asterisk page one....
Where's the capitals gone?

If I try signing in with lower case it says that the username is incorrect ...grrr

Can I please confirm, are you logging in with your separate Virgin Media Store details and not your My Virgin Media details? As this is a separate account which you need to register for.

Are you able to sign in when using Virgin Media Store on a laptop or phone?
When we look at this in the office, it looks like this asks for an email address which is not case sensitive.
The Virgin Media Store has their own help FAQ section which can be found here.
Yes that's fine, it's when I try sign in on the TV.
Email isn't case sensitive it's the password, mine starts with a capital letter and the capitals are not showing across the top. Hence I can't sign in.
If you take a look on the FAQ section of the Virgin Media Store link above there are contact details for the specialists in that area.
