Downloaded the app. Tried to set up up ..firstly it wouldn’t find my hub 3 so I entered the set up password manually but still it has not expected it. Any help to set my ap to the hub ?

Sorry to hear you've not been able to connect your Hub 3 to the Connect App.
Have you attempted a pin hole reset on the hub and then attempted to connect it to the application?
