Virgin hub

The base LED won’t stop flashing green, i’ve rebooted it and plugged it out and it’s still flashing. What should i do?

Firstly check with

Check with Area faults on 150 or 0800 561 0061

if no area faults then

Call Customer Services on 0345 454 1111 or if you have a VM landline 150
