Virgin grey box

Hi all can anyone tell me if this is what the grey box is supposed too look like inside as I went out this morning and it was open with a cable not connected I'm have alot of broadband issues.

Can't see the photo yet, but if your cable was disconnected you would have NO broadband, not just issues.

That's a fibre termination box. You need a technician to secure it. As stated if it was disconnected you would get no signal at all. 

Call Customer Services on 0345 454 1111 or if you have a VM landline 150
