A few days ago a vm engineer was in my house to connect the phone and broadband. all was fine until I discovered that external box cover was broken by the engineer who worked on the connection .I was not at home during the engineer's visit. my wife was at home to watch the installation but did not notice this damage during this visit.I should file a complaint whether I should try to repair the damaged cover myself?
