Virgin disconnected me!

Wow spoken to Virgin today and they disconnected my account of 5 years without contacting me to connect a new customer 10 houses along in same development. 

Never known anything like it. Told me they did all they could do. Except turn my WiFi back on....the wires still in place nothing has changed it’s unbelievable

As you have WiFi you must still have broadband.

By WiFi do you mean Internet connection. They are two distinct entities, you can have WiFi working in your home for local devices without an Internet connection.
