Virgin didn't cancel my contract extension

After trying to cancel the obnoxious price increase I was a promised a 6 month freeze on my current deal. Unbeknown to me, this meant a new 12 month contract so I called to few days later to cancel these changes but they never materialised. 

How to cancel this contract that I never agreed to?

Sorry to hear you've been struggling to cancel a new contract that you were not made aware of.

 

Have you been able to cancel your contract since your post on Tuesday evening?
