I have terminated my broadband service, with last day of service at 16th June. I requested for the equipment return parcel on the 18th June.
Didn't receive it so I requested for it again on 3rd July, and then 19th July.
Where is the parcel?
In spite of all the repeated requests, Virgin has decided to charge me £40 on 18th July for not returning the equipment.
This is clearly a mistake/mishandling by Virgin as I am ready to return the equipment.
Please can this be sorted out?
P.S. I am also due a £8 credit return on my final bill, which Virgin has conveniently prevented me from viewing the final bill due to 'technical glitches'. Please can this be sorted out as well.
