Virgin box outside the house

The brown box outside our house is broken and the insides keep falling out!

Can someone from Virgin fix this please?

I've booked a tech appointment in for our engineers to come and fix the box for you. You can view this appointment via your online account where this could be rescheduled if required.

I have the same issue with the brown virgin box outside my house. It is very badly  damaged. 

Can I please arrange to get this replaced or repaired?

Sorry to hear your OmiBox is damaged. I can arrange for an engineer to come out and get this sorted 🙂

All done. I have arranged the appointment so the OmniBox can be repaired/replaced as required.
