Virgin box outside house broken

Dear sirs the box outside my home is completely damaged all wires are exposed to weather conditions, is there any chance someone can fit a new water tight box?

If you mean the brown/white box attached to your wall, then all it is as a fault - after all - it is and see if they will book a Tech visit for you.

If you get fobbed off then a VM person should respond on here in a day or two and sort it out for you.

Post a photo of the issue so they can see it when they get here.
