Virgin Superhub 3 Admin Web Page Unresponsive

Hi All,

Running superhub 3, I tried up update DHCP settings via the superhub web interface this evening and noticed that as soon as go onto Advanced->DHCP page, it become unresponsive. My options are 'wait' - never comes back or close the page. Is this a bug in the admin web UI?

Using laptop with ubuntu and latest chrome browser.

Any help appreciated.

Some people report it can take up to 20 minutes.

Nope still happening and has been for a good long while. Can't scroll or do anything with the page.

Well clearly VM didn't think to test loading that page thinking no one would need to go their.

If you need something better use modem mode and get your own router with 1Gb ports.

Apologies for the issue that you're getting GSi.

 

You are correct, it could be a bug.

 

What we can do is to wait for the system update that will take in 2- 3 weeks time. Hope that this would sort things out.

 

Let see how it goes.

A sound idea, but with the thousand year load time on the important pages of the Hub 3 configuration interface, the original poster will struggle to get the Hub 3 in modem mode anytime before March 2119.

My new Superhub 3 was installed last week. I'm astonished at this inability to access the DHCP reservation table, with a page that just hangs, showing a couple of messages alleging it's "updating".

Is this a universal problem? How long to we have to wait for a fix?

it can take a while to show - go make some tea or coffee thats usually long enough or go down the pub for a few and its pretty well guaranteed to be up by then 

as to it being fixed that could take a lot longer
