Virgin Media not available in my new flat but is for the rest of the building

Hello! I'm moving into a new flat at the end of this month and I've been looking at broadband deals. All the comparison websites show Virgin Media is comfortably the best option for my new address.

However, when I enter my address on the Virgin Media website it says it is not available in my area. When I enter a different flat number in the same building, it says Virgin Media is available, and for some of the flats it even shows that Virgin Media is already being used. So it is clearly available in the building, but for some reason it's saying it's not available in my flat when it is in all the others.

Does anyone know why this could be happening?

In order to look into this for you further, we'll send you a private message on here. Look out for the envelope in the top right-hand corner.

If you're on a portable device with a smaller screen, click on the icon in the top right-hand corner and select "messages" from the additional menu options.
