Virgin Media not all the way up my street

Hi there,

Virgin Media goes to a couple of houses on my road, but not to mine. Is there anything we can do to bring the service all the way over to my house?

They will only do it if the cost to them is worth it. How far are you from the nearest connection? Would it involve crossing the road?

I can't speak for Virgin but I suspect that they would want more inducement to do that much digging.  Could you get the houses in between to join in?
