Virgin Media engineer

Hello, signed up to virgin last night. Does the engineer bring the virgin media hub with him? I wont be living at the property until the day before the installation date (20th august im moving in, 21st august is when engineer is booked to come out). Just wondering if Virgin deliver the hub to the address prior to the engineer coming.

If you're having an attended install, then yes the engineer will bring all the kit and cables required.

Virgin Media only send the kit to you if you're doing a Quickstart self install.
