Virgin Media don't have my address on their system

So I recently took out a contract with O2, in hopes of getting the Volt benefits. My house number is 6, which O2 have correct, but virgin media have house 4, and "4-6". This is because my landlord joined 4 and 6 in a weird way, so theres confusion on a lot of companies systems. So when I was setting up my broadband months ago, they could only do it under number 4. 

So I was wondering how I can get virgin media to recognise my house number on their system, and get my account switched over to number 6 and not 4?
