First two complaints closed without an actual solution.
On both occasions they admitted fault for their delay and said I can go to an Adjudicator but the problem with that is my installation is next week.
My third complaint is 8 weeks old and I’ve sent an email to the retention team and had 4 hours worth of calls.
My complaint centres around my contract price being wrong.
Is there anything I can do as phone calls never work and emails to their retention team and ceo doesn’t either.

If 8 weeks has gone by since your VM complaint, you can take the issue to the ombudsman

VM will just keep you in a loop of complaining with no useful outcome, progress or change.
