Virgin Media Package

For some reason, the Select Board and Related Device or Service isn't covered for the question that I want to ask.

I have the Ultimate Oomph Bundle, M500 Fibre Broadband, Virgin Phone and Mobile and I am confused as to what I should get from the bundle at £96.00 a month. My main question is around aftercare support if anything goes wrong. I believe when you phone in that your account is flagged and your are put through to the correct department immediately.
