Virgin Media Installation

hi  can someone please tell me if this looks like a virgin media installation  the cover is broken and looks a mess so want them to come and replace it   Thanks

It is - is it yours?

Then call it in - or VM person will respond in a day or two and arrange a repair

I do not work for VM. My services: HD TV on VIP (+ Sky Sports & Movies & BT sport), x3 V6 boxes (1 wired, 2 on WiFi) Hub5 in modem mode with Apple Airport Extreme Router +2 Airport Express's & TP-Link Archer C64 WAP. On Volt 350Mbps, Talk Anytime Phone, x2 Mobile SIM only iPhones.

Thanks for the reply. A previous owner had Virgin but I never have. Would they still come out as I don’t like all the wires sticking out

See if they respond on here in a day or two. Would make sense for them to fix it as its not a great ad for VM and also it could potentially be a source of a bad connection that could introduce "noise" into the VM Network and affect neighbour's connections.

I heard back from the team yesterday afternoon that the work was carried out yesterday. Is everything now okay with the omni-box for your tenant?
