Virgin Media Brown Box

Hi, the cover on my Virgin Media brown box outside my house has blown away in the high winds at the weekend. Do Virgin Media replace/fix these for free? Thanks Christine

Hi ChristineRD, thanks for the reply. I have looked into this and can see that the engineer attended, can you confirm if the issue is now resolved?. ^Chris.

Yes, it will be a free replacement.  Call Customer Services on 0345 454 1111 or if you have a VM landline 150 or wait a day or two for a VM staff member to get to your post.

Thank you. I managed to call CS and I was told the box would be £25 😕. It’s a small box to spend £25 on!
