Virgin Media Avaibility - only my house number not in the dropdown list but neighbours are

I tried browsing on my new postcode for virgin media availability and couldn't find my house number on the dropdown list. Attempted calling the sales team but they wasn't much help either.

Could anyone advise what we could do to proceed further?
