Virgin Lifelet

So few weeks ago I have recived lifelet in my mailbox which stated that virgin broadband will be getting into my area. I would like to find out more specific informations like date. My question where I can find it out? I have tried phone them but person that I spoke with was't really helpfull. Any ideas?

It is super important for me because I spend most of my time using internet but sinc I bought my house 4 years ago I am stuck till this day with 2 mb/s which is terrible.

It varies from the leaflet being delivered to how long before the address is ready for sign up.
