Virgin Broadband

Hi, I ordered Virgin Broadband and was sent a QuickStart kit but having received it the cable won’t connect to any of the outlets I’ve got. 

I can see the VM box outside the house but it goes straight to what looks like an aerial kit? Would I need someone to come out & fit a VM box?

Nevermind, I found the connection in our cellar so all good.
