Virgin 360 box red light no signal.

Been away for a few days on return 360 box has red light and no signal on tv screen.Have unplugged all power and HDMI leads still no joy.light is orange for a few seconds then goes red.

Hello @dave-e1,

Welcome, thanks for posting.

I am sorry for the issue with your Hub.

Can you please do the following:

Turn the power switch off on the back of the Hub.
Ensure the Hub is upright, in a well-ventilated location and out of direct sunlight, if possible
Switch the hub back on at the power. The Hub should now operate normally.
If the Hub does not boot up or boots back up let me know.

Hi thanks for reply,I have now sorted it as I said could not get box out of standbys mode. Eventually I disconnected the hub completely left it over night and when reconnected next morning all was fine. Message on some recordings said not recorded due to power cut. But all sorted now thanks.
