Re: Very poor Support service and ongoing connection drop outs

The fact that I have to explain the issue and the history every time then listen to the same irrelevant mantra they go through is a waste of every ones time.

The problem is with the VM Equipment maintained by the 'Network Team' (term used by the last 2 engineers that called at my house)

I have just received a letter from VM from their Customer Complaints Team (from Apoorva) which illustrates once again a complete lack of understanding and flexibility. Again, I have been asked to call in which is a waste of time as I have explained above.

Re: Very poor Support service and ongoing connection drop outs

Last comment...... dnapark's advice is good - if you call Retentions (options 1-1-4-5) during business hours (early ~8.05 am is best) you usually get a UK based person who wont be reading from scripts.
