Very Poor Service in N13 lasting months

Hi

I've been experiancing ongoing outages in N13 for months. It's got worse over the last couple of days where broad band is on for 5 min the off for 15 min. Support has been utter rubbish so I'm resorting to the forum. Any help or advice would be most appreciated.

The router and cables are all connected correctly and look in good condition.  The router logs show the following (dating back to 1970!!!) -

Post up all the Hub data from the Downstream and Upstream settings pages as well.

Also, set up a free “BQM” to continually monitor the state of your connection and record any dropouts. It does it 24/7/365 and it keeps a visual record of all your network disconnections, useful data to have in discussions with VM.
