Possibly a local cabinet problem. Status page does not reflect very local issues only ones that affect 1000’s of users. Call customer services and see if you can get any news on when it will be fixed. You could try to see if any neighbours are also affected.

Initially I was told by Virgin's CSR that there is an outage in the area.
Then few days later I was told that engineer's visit in needed.
The engineer then told me new cable must be ran from the cabinet to the property. Now the new cable allegedly has been ran, seems very quick that VM managed to ran brand new cable and I now have broadband service.
