VM set up to Telewest box

Hello all

Just wondering if someone can help me.

I have received my quickstart kit but can't seem to connect the isolator cable provided to the Telewest box I have. Is this the correct box or do I need an adaptor of some sort? Or will this have to be sorted by an engineer?

  • Any help on this would be much appreciated.

TeleWest box should be fine. There should be a screw terminal on the bottom and the new cable just push fits onto it.

hen I tried plugging in the cable it felt very loose so wasn't sure if it was meant to go there.

I have managed to get the broadband set up now, unfortunately the box is not located in an ideal location, is it possible to get a longer isolator cable or extention which would allow to place the router in a better location or would this compromise the connection?
