VM chat

Yesterday had a chat with VM the advisor said someone coming and install a Virgin wall plug as I haven’t got it. No one came until now. Orders and appointments shows I have no appointment. Where can I go with this issue please?

Try the "Pre-installation and delivery team" - they may have more info?

On.. 0800 052 1734

Or try the usual CS numbers.... free on 150 (VM line) or 0345 454 1111 (other lines)

A VM person will respond on here but it can take a day or two.

I do not work for VM. My services: HD TV on VIP (+ Sky Sports & Movies & BT sport), x3 V6 boxes (1 wired, 2 on WiFi) Hub5 in modem mode with Apple Airport Extreme Router +2 Airport Express's & TP-Link Archer C64 WAP. On Volt 350Mbps, Talk Anytime Phone, x2 Mobile SIM only iPhones.
