VM Connect app: Hub 3 ‘can’t connect to this kind of modem’

VM broadband installed yesterday. Hub 3. VM Connect app on iOS16.1.2. Won’t find hub and displays as below

Have deleted app and all app data and reinstalled, twice. Have restarted router multiple times. iOS device on the hub’s Wi-Fi network. Disconnected all smart hubs, range extenders etc, no difference. 

Any ideas?

The Connect app is flakey at the best of times.  Just have a read through the forum.

It might connect later in the day or tomorrow seems to be the way it works......  In any event there is not much else you can do.

Yes, two days later and it connected fine
