Hi all, I’m having trouble setting up my V6 box, I have a blank tv screen, checked cables, checked HDMI ports, installed a new hub. Checked box is activated- it is. white light stays white if I press the remote etc
Yep, all connected correctly, eventually got through to call centre who have re activated box and arranged a call out for Friday pm which I can cancel if it starts to work. apparently the software update can take 2/3 hours !
