V6 not loading channels (error code S102)

My replacement V6 box is not loading channels (stuck at 33%) and is caught in a loop of downloading software updates and failing the load the channels.   It's been doing this for nearly 24 hours now.   I phone 3 times last night for an activation signal but now that options is not available as the box is "up and running".

Please help.
