V6 Box - S102 Error - Unable to Acquire Channel Info

Hi Everyone.  Yes, another one where it's 33% for some time and then the above error.  Spent over 30 minutes on the phone waiting for someone to check with technical support - only for them to divert me back to the beginning of the process.  Terrible.

Can anyone help me please.

If it's a new box have you activated as per the documentation sent for self install?

Otherwise check and double check all cables and make sure your box is connected to the internet and then

On your remote press Home> Help&Settings> Settings> Network> Connect to Virgin Media Service Now

 

Other than that it's a case of getting through to Virgin.
