I just moved into a new flat and the previous tenant/landlord left their router and TV box behind so that if I wanted to, I could just call up and reconnect those. How would I go about doing that?

You should end up with your own kit, as the previous kit needs to come back to Virgin Media for a technical checks, reset securely so they can be reused, and refurbished if required.

Kit for self-install can usually be sent out for the next working day
