Urgent New build connection needed

Hi there,

myself and about 15 other houses in my estate have been trying to get virgin broadband in our area for the past month. This is a new development that is supposedly wired for virgin media services however everyone keeps being redirected to the “new homes team” and none of us are having any luck.

Our eircodes are not showing up on the virgin website yet so no one can sign up and it is very frustrating for us all.

Can someone contact me in relation to this?

I am afraid that we cannot help as you are based in Southern Ireland, this forum is for support for UK and NI, you will need to contact virginmedia IE at https://www.virginmedia.ie/contact/ which is a separate company.
