Thank you for posting those.
We have taken another look over your account and there is an issue on an upstream.
We will need to arrange an engineer to come and get this resolved.
If you are happy for me to book this then lease do let me know.
Kind regards,
Zak_M

If there's an issue why hasn't the engineer picked this up the last 3 times they came?
It's been fine for nearly 24 hours but started again.

Hi Zak_M
Can you spread some light on what I need a tech out for? as the person that came, the last few times says my connection is well within what it should be, other than the upstream fapping from 64, 32, 16qam, though since he has replaced something outside as the re-pull team said it was scratched up, not a clue what that means, but since then its been ok, I get the odd packet loss 2 times a day now not intermittent like it was doing, I don't know rather this is due to the fact the issue has been fixed or its currently not doing it, as I said it was intermittent, that tech is supposed to be ringing me Thursday coming, to check how thing are going so I will speak with him see what he thinks. also can you put on notes that it could be resolved but pending, as I have complaint open as its been an issue for over a year, which it has taken this time to actually solve. Here is my live ping graph.. also I'm wondering if you saw the connection dropping on the 10th at about 10:30 am which was him replacing the 'scratched' connection.

Seems to be back again, and it affecting connection again as Spotify stopped and twitch stopped for a few seconds.

Thanks for coming back to me StormW4tch3r,
I can see that you've been able to discuss the connection with a member of our team over the phone and raised a complaint, which our team is due to call you back in relation to
Do please update us with how the phone call goes, and we can seek to run further diagnostics on the call with you
Kindest regards,
David_Bn

He claims I have a bandwidth issue and using too much but this isn't the case?! the complaint is the one I did on the 9th. other than the 'manager' ringing me back I doubt non of this WILL get solved as I keep going around and around in circles, this issue has been going on for too long maybe I should just stop PAYING for the service as it's not getting FIXED or BELIEVED that there is an ISSUE
